So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Using Quick Deploy to deploy Change Sets
To track validation progress, click on Deployment Status:
We can see the component list and the Apex test class list:
Now the Change Set is enabled for the quick deployment of validated Change Sets by skipping Apex tests as part of the deployment:

Now click on Quick Deploy to deploy the Change Set to the Production Organization.
