Abstract

The study is developed on the metaverse technology of education to disrupt change and enhance creativity, innovation, and engagement via students. For this reason, its aim is to provide a narrative review of the academic literature and some illustrative cases that have been using empirical evidence in making tentative claims about benefits, costs, and longer-term educational outcomes. Outcomes imply that metaverse environments can be readily conducive to learners in interaction, critical thinking and processing information, and problem solving. This so-called metaverse is the learning fun tagger that stands in an immersive interactive environment, which makes teaching–learning bridge between your reading knowledge (thorough) and its practical implication. That integration will not be without pain and struggle, however; there are challenges from the technological front too, including overcoming hardware limitations and a reliable internet connection; also, open the Pandora box with data privacy and digital justice.
