‘S’ – Sidetrackers
This chapter focuses on removing, or reducing, what I call ‘sidetrackers’ – everything from distractions that are blocking your progress on something through to sources of real daily pain. We’ll explore some simple remedies for tackling and, where possible, removing these, so they don’t get in the way of you achieving your targets.
