This chapter focuses on how to reflectively implement (yes, really implement rather than just reading about!) some of the traditional suggestions made by motivation books, such as ‘morning’ and ‘evening’ lists, and tackles difficult, but undeniably powerful, things such as journalling – reflecting proactively on elements you’ve included in your target self.
