How to do it...

We will create an application that blinks an LED connected to the Raspberry Pi board using a new libgpiod API:

  1. In your ~/test working directory, create a subdirectory called gpiod.
  2. Use your favorite text editor to create a gpiod.cpp file in the gpiod subdirectory.
  3. Put the code for the application into the rtc.cpp file:
