I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Flexibility
To evolve this capability and deliver to its customers more choice in tailoring the software, Oracle defined a framework to categorize and codify changes to the software. The CEMLI (Configuration/Customization, Extension, Modification, Localization, and Inte-gration) Framework is a way to standardize and categorize virtually any change to the Oracle software. In fact, this framework translates into 19 classes of extensions that a customer might need to add to its Oracle system.
