The subject of designing a wireless network to support voice and video using a Cisco centralized WLAN controller (WLC) can be relatively complex. For example, beyond the fundamentals of adding quality of service (QoS) to the WLAN, there is the question of the appropriate radio frequency (RF) requirements needed to support acceptable data rates and to reduce interference.
