The MessageTracker class has two shared functions as well. TrackIn is

called when a message enters a component, and TrackOut is called when the

message exits a component. Each method writes the message ID, component

ID, and time to the tracking database. As you will see in the next section, this

class enables you to trace a message as it passes through a system. Run this code

to populate some data in your tracking database.
