You can use Remix to generate the web3 deployment script. After compiling the contract in Remix, click on the Details button under the Compile tab. Scroll down to see the web3deploy section, which has the script to deploy your contract.

You can also deploy the smart contract directly from Remix or with frameworks such as Truffle. You can get more information about this in other related recipes.
