It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
A Map of Transformative Facilitation
In chapters 3–10, I explained that the practice of transformative facilitation involves making five pairs of outer moves, enabled by five inner shifts, as and when these are needed, moment by moment, to help a group move forward together.
