If the restarting LSR is an egress LSR for the LSP, depending on whether the LSR is configured
to generate a non-NULL or NULL (either Implicit or Explicit), the LSR performs the following
functions:
• Creates the LDP state
• Updates the MPLS forwarding state (clears the stale flag)
• Either advertises a <FEC, non-NULL> or <FEC, NULL> mapping to its peers, as
appropriate
However, if a matching forwarding state entry is not found, regardless of a nonegress or egress
