What Will the Fraudulent Future Hold

for Corporations?

INTRODUCTION

Two of today’s best interpreters of trends and projecting them into the

future are Alvin and Heidi Toffl er. Over the years they have talked about

viewing our history and the future in terms of “Three Waves.” Use of the

Toffl ers’ model of evolution provides a useful framework for discussing

the future of corporations and fraud.
