Supporting the contractor
‘Supplier relationship’ is an overused term. It is not about raising the village children as one big happy family, nor is it a master – serf arrangement. An intelligent customer writes an aligning contract such that the contractor’s objectives are the customer’s too. So it should not be antithetical to support and serve your contractor.
