17Digital Payment Satisfaction Analysis Using Graph-Based Factor Analysis Technique

Abstract
With the introduction of smart phones, technology has played an increasingly important role in this, changing the way that we transact in daily life and making life easier by allowing all payments and transactions to be completed online. This created the path for a platform known as “digital payment” to arise. The goal of the current study is to evaluate Kerala’s Arts and Science College Faculty Satisfaction toward digital payments. The result of study discloses that customer satisfaction increased by rewards and privacy features, transaction fees, the ability to track money, transaction limits, and security features offered on digital payments.
