25Employee Satisfaction Based on Welfare Measures Using Statistical Graphs

Abstract

Employee welfare is important because it has an impact on an organization’s ability to function and grow. Over the past few years, both public and private sector organizations have improved their efficiency and contributed to employee benefits. A few examples of employee welfare amenities include housing options, free medical care, retirement benefits, educational benefits for adults and children, family welfare programs, and loan options. It is a waste if employers demand high performance and efficiency from their staff without considering their welfare. Consequently, the welfare of employees is essential for all types of organizations. Businesses have to provide welfare amenities if they want to sustain high levels of employee motivation. To determine the degree of employee satisfaction with the application of different welfare measures in both public and private sector enterprises, comparative research was conducted. The research provides information regarding how welfare programs affect workers’ productivity.
