Last winter, my wife Ana and I flew to Davos, the Swiss ski resort that every year hosts the World Economic Forum. It's a gathering where you can literally bump into Bill Gates, Bono, Google CEO Eric Schmidt, and Pakistan's President Pervez Musharraf all in one day. At the parties, along the corridors, and in the panel discussions, people were talking about some of the world's biggest problems.
