Annexe B. Databricks Community Edition
Databricks Community Edition offre un moyen gratuit et accessible pour toi d'explorer les capacités de Databricks sans avoir besoin d'un compte cloud. Cependant, elle est limitée par rapport à l'essai complet disponible sur les plateformes cloud comme AWS, Azure ou Google Cloud. L'essai complet sur le cloud permet d'accéder à des fonctionnalités de niveau production telles que Databricks SQL, Delta Live Tables et les dossiers Git, qui ne sont pas incluses dans l'édition communautaire.
Si tu n'as pas encore de compte Cloud, il est possible d'en créer un gratuitement. Les principaux fournisseurs de cloud proposent généralement des paliers gratuits, qui te permettent d'explorer leurs services dans des limites d'utilisation précises. Cette option permet d'expérimenter toutes les capacités de Databricks dans un environnement cloud, ce qui est essentiel pour comprendre et se préparer à l'examen.
Néanmoins, la Community Edition reste un bon point de départ pour tous ceux qui découvrent Databricks, car elle offre la possibilité d'explorer les concepts et les outils de base de la plateforme. Pour t'inscrire à l'édition communautaire de Databricks, suis les étapes suivantes :
