Running the example

Now that the full project is at our fingertips, let's see it in action! You can start the application with the following command:

$ mvn quarkus:dev

Then, go to the home page at http://localhost:8080. You should be able to see the following UI, where you can add new customers:

As you already know, the embedded Vert.x server will serve content from under the root context. If you want to vary this, you can configure the quarkus.http.root-path key in application.properties to set the context path.

Once you have some data, other actions (such as Edit and Delete) will be available:
