So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Dataset
A dataset includes the data loaded in Azure Machine Learning Studio to be used in the modeling process. In the Azure Machine Learning Studio, some sample datasets are included to try using the program. You can load other datasets using one of the following options:
- Load data from a local file on the hard disk of the machine you are using to create a dataset in the workspace
- Access data from one of the different online data sources while the experiment runs through the import data module
- Use data from another experiment saved as a dataset
- Use data from a local SQL Server database
When an experiment is set up, you can choose a dataset from those available on the left-hand side of the work area.
