So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Power BI Premium
This version of Power BI is meant to be used by enterprises with many users and large volumes of data. It reserves resources on the cloud specific to the client. This means that we are assured to get lots of high performance when it comes to dashboard and report usage.
