You have another Acrobat tool at your disposal for adding comments to a document: the Text Box tool. When you use the Text Box tool, you can add text notes with borders and, if you desire, a solid-color background. When you annotate a document with the Text Box tool, you create a static note that occupies space in the document, whereas a Sticky Note tool annotation is collapsed to an icon and can be popped up when needed. You can specify the font type, size, and style of text annotations.
