I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
About the Authors
Dr. Karsten Oehler is head of the Performance Management Client Technical Professionals (CTP) with IBM Deutschland GmbH, Frankfurt. Prior to joining IBM, he spent more than 15 years with several international companies (Hyperion, Oracle, SAP, and INFOR) as a product manager, marketing executive, and consultant for financial accounting and business intelligence software. He was project leader for many performance management implementations with large international companies.
He has published four books on IT systems for financial applications and OLAP, as well as 130 articles on software systems for managerial accounting. He earned his doctorate from the University of Frankfurt, Germany, with a thesis about modeling flexible ...
