Cisco TelePresence Video Communication Server Control (VCS-C) is a call control processing server for legacy video endpoints and non-Cisco branded video endpoints. Typically, legacy video endpoints like Tandberg, Sony, LifeSize, Polycom, and other manufacturers register with a VCS-C.
