Cisco TelePresence Video Communication Server Control (VCS-C) is a call control processing server for legacy video endpoints and non-Cisco branded video endpoints. Typically, legacy video endpoints like Tandberg, Sony, LifeSize, Polycom, and other manufacturers register with a VCS-C. Cisco VCS-C is often referred to as Cisco VCS if not deployed in tandem with Cisco VCS Expressway servers to extend legacy video outside of the enterprise.
