So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Today with an “on-the-go workforce,” remote users and mobile workers are increasing many fold. Moreover, organizations are encouraging on-the-go relationships both internally and with customers, which leads to the notion of collaboration everywhere and anywhere. Cisco Mobile Remote Access (MRA) is a feature of Collaboration Edge that enables remote/mobile workers access to Cisco Jabber without the use of a virtual private network (VPN) connection. This in turn enables the remote (hereafter also referred to as mobile) user to leverage enterprise-grade voice, video, instant messaging (IM), and voice messaging functions.
