I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

2.3.4 Work packages
A work package is a set of information that includes priority, state, resume time,
and Item ID of the item being routed. This item can be a folder or an item. It is
used to relate an item to a work node. You do
not create work packages. Work
packages are created by the system with the information from the user who
starts a process. The user logs on to Content Manager and proceeds to start a
process. Content Manager prompts the user to specify the process, the item ID
that uses this process, and the item priority. Content Manager takes this
information and creates a work package that proceeds through the process.
