I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

OnDemand and the archive storage manager delete data independently of each
other. Each uses its own criteria to determine
when to remove documents; and
each uses its own utilities and schedules to remove documents. However, for
final removal of documents from the system, you should always specify the same
criteria to OnDemand and the archive storage manager. For example, the Life of
Data, which is used by OnDemand, and the Retention Period, which is used by
Tivoli Storage Manager, should specify the same value.
