About the authors

Teresa S. Welsh is an Associate Professor at the University of Southern Mississippi School of Library and Information Science. Areas of interest include visualization of information, distance education, archival studies, knowledge management, information literacy, and research methodologies. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in anthropology from the University of Southern Mississippi, a Master of Library and Information Science degree from the University of Tennessee, and a PhD in Communications and Information, with a primary concentration in Information Sciences, from the University of Tennessee.
