Get Active: Engaging Virtual Meetings

As noted in the introduction, virtual meetings, as used in this book, are much more than conference calls in which multiple people discuss strategy, a project, or other joint concerns on the same audio or video call. Participants can share their screens, content slides, and videos; chat with one another both verbally and in writing; and collaborate on whiteboards while taking notes. Platforms for virtual meetings include Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, GoToMeeting, and Adobe Connect.
