It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

One of the biggest mistakes facilitators make in an online event is failing to leave enough time to properly bring the session to a close using a memorable wrap-up activity. Closing activities leave a lasting impression for virtual participants—one that ensures time spent in the event was well worth it.
