WWW Service Events

Table G.1 lists the events that are generated by the part of the World Wide Web Publishing Service (WWW service) that handles internal administration of the W3SVC. The WWW service events are listed in the System log, with the source name W3SVC.

Event ID	Description
1001	The WWW service's InetInfo process monitor encountered an error and has shut down. This condition prevents the WWW service from detecting an unexpected termination of the InetInfo process and, therefore, it might not detect changes to the metabase as expected. Restart the WWW service.
1002	Application pool %1 is being automatically disabled because of a series of failures in the processes serving that application pool.
1003	Cannot register ...
