Fobo is a tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) and we are mentioning it in this case study to point out how Bluetooth Low Energy is playing a role in the automobile industry:

Fobo is one of a kind, a Bluetooth Low Energy enabled, tire pressure monitoring system available for cars, motorbikes, and even bicycles. The installation is pretty simple; you just need to screw the sensor on the valve stem of the tire, as shown in the following image:
