Chapter 3The iPhone
On January 9, 2007, at MacWorld San Francisco, Apple introduced its most innovative iPod ever. The iPhone melds the iPod’s music and video playback features with the features of a high-end smartphone—and adds a super-large high-resolution display, for good measure. The iPhone is set to revolutionize the mobile phone market, and is a great option for tech-savvy iPod users who want a single device to perform multiple functions.
