I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

For additional business justification for building a data virtualization platform, authors Judith R. Davis and Robert Eve published a good book to reference titled Data Virtualization: Going Beyond Traditional Data Integration to Achieve Business Agility [17]. The book speaks to sound business reasons for considering an investment in utilizing your data. It does not get too technical with respect to how to implement their ideas.
For the serious business student of statistics, a great student guide authored by Willbann D. Terpening titled Statistical Analysis for Business Using JMP® focuses on the software that is the central component to the virtualized platform that is JMP® [34]. The book will take you beyond spreadsheet fundamentals for illustrating exactly the power available in converting mere data into actionable knowledge.
