I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
How it works…
By adding project dependencies in our build.gradle file, the amazing gradle takes care of what libraries and dependencies are needed by our project. The dependencies are located by gradle on our machine or in a remote repository, and any transitive dependencies are automatically included. Gradle makes adding project dependencies extremely easy and quick, and we can invest most of our time in creating our amazing software, rather than maintaining and resolving dependencies that becomes extremely difficult in large projects with lots of dependencies.
