Employ the Optics of Decision Making

Decision making is such a vital leadership topic because it touches upon several other leadership characteristics, such as establishing priorities and leading by example. Decision making is also one of Pope Francis’s favorite topics. He has often discussed his decision making throughout his career, including his own approaches to decisions and how his technique has evolved. If we cannot quite discern a complete arc of his evolution on the topic, we can at least get a good idea of how he “course-corrected” and refined his decision-making methods over the years.
