DISCOVERY PROCESS
What role could leadership development play in the Postal Service executives' working together to forge a fundamentally new business model? What new leadership capacities would the transformation require? To answer these questions, CCL worked in close partnership with the Postal Service's executive development group to design and conduct a discovery process for gathering and analyzing the individual and collective wisdom of the Postal Service's executives and offers. The two-month-long discovery process consisted of four data-gathering activities:
