Jean-Pierre was the son of a billionaire. As he approached his twenty-first birthday, he told his father that he would really like a small penthouse in Paris that he had admired for many months. He wanted to move out of the family home and start living an independent life.
On his birthday, his father called him into his office and expressed how much he loved him before giving his son a beautifully wrapped package. With a mix of curiosity, anticipation and excitement, Jean-Pierre tore away the packaging, but to his surprise, found only a leather-bound holy book.
