I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Load balancer management in the dashboard
Out of the box, the LBaaS panels for load balancer management in Horizon are not installed. To install the panels, perform the following:
On the controller node, install the python-neutron-lbaas-dashboard package:
# apt install python-neutron-lbaas-dashboard
Then, update the OpenStack Dashboard configuration file at /etc/openstack-dashboard/local_settings.py to enable the panels. Search for enable_lb in the OPENSTACK_NEUTRON_NETWORK dictionary and change the value from False to True:
