Planning the Project

The business analyst should be playing a big role in the planning the project, at least from the perspective of the business analysis activities and organizational readiness. The business analyst is focused on making sure that the plans allow for a solution to be accepted and used by the end users so that the solution can bring value to the organization. The project manager is more focused on the activities of the project team to support development and implementation of the solution.
