So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
How it works...
Using different types of plots, we can now visualize the state sequence object. seqplot is a generic function for plotting the state sequence objects. Different functions will produce plots in different manners. The following is a brief description:
- seqiplot: Sequence is rendered as a horizontal stack bar showing the states over a period over time
- seqfplot: Renders the sequence in a horizontal bar, displaying the most frequent sequence
- seqdplot: Renders the sequence in cross-sectional state frequencies
- seqmtplot: Displays the mean time spent in each state
- seqHtplot: Displays the evolution over positions of the transversal entropies
When used with group argument to product the group wise plots.
