Making Improvements through Office Process Kaizen
If you are aware of a particular process (versus an entire department) in the office that is always late, produces poor quality work, has a long lead time, or generally need’s improvement, implement an office process kaizen. This is also a good method to implement if you have already begun an office department kaizen and have discovered that a particular process crosses departmental boundaries.
