Since 1990, the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) has worked with many organizations and teams. These experiences have provided research-based information about how high-performance teams work, honest appraisals of existing teams’ strengths and weaknesses, and proven approaches for turning average performers into a highly effective team. It covers such issues as selecting members, launching teams effectively, bridging cross-cultural differences in teams, and resolving team conflict.
