It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Once leadership commitment is established, corporations need to implement their sustainability strategy through appropriate organizational structures, systems, performance measures, rewards, culture, and people. This alignment of strategy, structure, and management systems is essential for companies in both coordinating activities and motivating employees (see our model [Fig. 1.7] on page 46).
