So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

One thing I’d like the rest of the corporate world to know is what a marketing analyst does. That is, not the technical details but what is their function, what is their purpose, why are they important?
Now, I know that if we take a random sample of people all across a number of corporations and ask them, ‘What are the first two words that come to mind, when you think of marketing analysts?’
Most of them will answer, ‘Smouldering sexuality.’
