I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

When a user clicks on the restaurant name link on the restaurants list page, the Auth Guard checks whether the user is already logged in or not. If the user is not logged in, then the Login page displays in the content area of the root component's HTML template. It looks like what's shown in the following screenshot:

We are not authenticating the user from the server. Instead, we are just populating the username in the local storage.
Once the user logs in, they are redirected back to the same booking page. Then, the user can proceed with the reservation. The login page uses basically two files: login.component.html
