At the heart of Scrum is the concept of “Done.” Scrum is a framework to enable business agility, and without “Done” Product Increments, business agility cannot exist: There is no such thing as “sort-of Done” or “almost Done.” Getting to “Done” requires Scrum Teams to embrace teamwork, empiricism, and an agile mindset and to mature their team process to deliver a product that enables the team to evaluate the Sprint Goal in an empirical manner.
