http://docs.python.org/library/ftplib.html
ftplib is a native library in Python that allows for connection with FTP servers and for the execution of commands on those servers. It is designed to create FTP clients with few lines of code and to perform admin server routines.
It can be used to create scripts that automate certain tasks or perform dictionary attacks against an FTP server. In addition, it supports encrypted connections with TLS, using the utilities defined in the FTP_TLS class.
