So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Installing the Nessus Vulnerabilities scanner
Nessus is a popular vulnerability-scanning tool – it is very robust, and convenient for large corporate networks. It has a client-server architecture, which allows scans to be more scalable, manageable, and precise. In addition, it employs several security elements that allow easy adaptation to security infrastructures, and has very robust encryption and authentication mechanisms.
