I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
R
R is a standalone open source language and environment that is useful for performing statistical analyses and graphically visualizing data. Users typically make use of this language within a command-line interface or a GUI-based software such as RStudio. Within either environment, users can work with geospatial data by installing additional packages such as SP, RGDAL, SpatioTemporal, and so on. However, we can also access a number of these powerful statistical tools through the Processing Toolbox.

Similar to the previous algorithm providers, we need to make sure that R is properly configured. Although QGIS gets installed with the required R scripts, in order to run them, we also need to download and install R from http://www.r-project.org/ ...
