6章ライトニングネットワークのアーキテクチャ
第1部では、ライトニングネットワークの主要な概念を紹介し、支払いのルーティングと、さらに調査を行うために利用できるツールのセットアップからなる包括的な例に取り組みました。第2部では、ライトニングネットワークのより技術的な部分に目を向け、それぞれの構成要素を詳しく調べることにします。
ここでは、ライトニングネットワークの各コンポーネントの要点を少し詳しく説明しながら、以降の章を読むときのガイドとなる「大局的な」視点を示すことにします。
6.1 ライトニングネットワークのプロトコルスイート
ライトニングネットワークは、インターネット上で実行される複雑なプロトコルの集まりで構成されています。これらのプロトコルを大きく分けると、プロトコルスタックを形成する5つの層になります。それぞれの層はそれよりも下にある層のプロトコルに基づいており、それらのプロトコルを使います。また、それぞれの層はその下にある層を抽象化することで、その複雑さの一部を「覆い隠す」ような働きをします。
図6-1は、これらの層と各層を構成しているプロトコルのアーキテクチャ図です。
